Analysis and Reporting Service
First, analysis and reporting are done. At this stage, the process is started by making a situation assessment in the journals for which we receive publishing services, reporting the results and specifying the reported works on the business plan.
- Checking ISSN and E-ISSN numbers
- Confirmation of the correctness of legal responsibilities
- Index status analysis (indexes that the journal has entered)
After such processes are completed, the online publishing system used by the journal is analyzed. These analyzes are examined under 3 headings :
- Archive status
- Existing problems
- System problems and solutions
It is ensured that the necessary renewals and arrangements are made, and one of the most important points is the presentation of the reports in order to inform the journal editors at every stage.
These processes are carried out not only once, but in every new period, and new targets are set, the new period’s work is clarified, and it is aimed to progress the process in a healthier way by moving forward within the plan.
If the journal does not have E-ISSN and ISSN numbers, the application for these numbers is made to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Turkey in accordance with the legal procedure, and the process of legal proceedings is followed by Cetus Publishing by fulfilling the requirements of the Press Law.
