After completing processes such as
- Issue of DOI numbers
- Adaptation of ORCID ID information
- Making DOI CrossRef records and ensuring their international visibility
- Reporting and presenting all submitted articles with the plagiarism scanning program
- Creating the Pdf file of the article (galley proof) and submitting it to the Editor or sending it to the author on behalf of the Editor.
- Adaptation of changes suggested by the author
the approval process of the article is started.
In this process, if any update and/or change(s) are made in the journal and its content, the Editor is informed about the subject.
If the whole process is carried out in a healthy way, the publication of the journal is carried out upon the approval of the Editor.
In the last step, the process is completed by:
- Entering the pdf files and data of the articles of the published journal in the archive of the article acceptance system and related databases to be used, and
- Announcing the publication of the journal to the subscribers via the Online Article system.
